Ticket policy: All sales are final – there are no refunds or exchanges. For all "day of show" tickets, please call or visit the box office directly. College rush tickets, Entertainment coupon redemption and certain other promotional ticketing cannot be ordered online. Please call the box office (617-426-5225) for further information.
Ticket confirmation: Once you submit your ticket order, our staff will attempt to fill it and email you notice of confirmation within 24 hours. Your order has not been filled unless you've been notified by email. If you place your order after regular business hours, you will receive an email on the next day (this excludes holidays when the box office is closed).
Seating: All seats are reserved. Your order will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis and you will receive the best available seats at that time. Please be assured that every seat is a good seat – our theater houses only five rows with 199 seats and no seat is more than 25 feet from the stage. Seating is in a cabaret style – a mixture of table seating and directors chairs.
Shear Madness in Boston is ADA compliant. If you require accessible seating please let the Box office know when ordering.. or check the ADA box when ordering online.
Ticket pickup: Tickets are NOT mailed. Tickets can be picked up at the box office at The Charles Playhouse, Stage II a half an hour prior to showtime – they will be held under your name. Please bring along the purchasing credit card and a photo ID. Tickets are refundable only if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or if the facility is closed due to unforseen circumstances.
